1. Digital products
Our products are digital downloads and access-based services. Because the product is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
2. Exceptional cases
If you experience a technical issue, an access problem, or a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and, where appropriate, help resolve the issue or offer a remedy.
3. How to request a refund
Please email hello@microsaasstudio.com with your order details, payment confirmation, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond as quickly as possible.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend access and reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
